Giving your child (and yourself) the gift of sleep is one of the best gifts you will ever give them. Good sleep helps your baby develop physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially.  Having a well-rested, happy child transforms the experience of parenthood. Postpartum depression, anxiety, and stress are significantly diminished which will allow you to enjoy parenthood and your child in a new way. Sleep impacts EVERYTHING.

The thought of sleep training can feel daunting and overwhelming. You know it’s the right choice for your family but you need support actually implementing it. The thought of digging through courses and materials on your own to find answers to your questions also feels daunting. You just want an expert there by your side to support you, show you what to do, and teach you and your baby how to optimize sleep. That's where I come in. I will get to know you, your child and their specific sleep needs. I will create a plan that works for you and that you are comfortable with. I will then help guide, coach and support you every step of the way!
