After you purchase a package, you will receive an email to access your client portal. In your portal is where you will book your first intake consultation call with me. In the meantime, you will complete an intake form that will provide me with information to help me create a personalized sleep plan for your family.

 On the date and time you select for our consultation, we will meet via phone to review your sleep plan. I will walk you through the plan, answer any questions you have about it, and make sure you’re feeling ready & confident about next steps.

You select the day you want to start your plan and our time together starts on that day. Once we start implementing the plan together, your support period begins! Depending on the selected package, you will have access to me via email and/or text messaging. For infants and toddlers, you will be tracking their sleep in a digital log in your client portal.
My #1 goal is to not only get your family sleeping well, but make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout the entire process.

Giving your child (and yourself) the gift of sleep is one of the best gifts you will ever give them. Good sleep helps your baby develop physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially.  Having a well-rested, happy child transforms the experience of parenthood. Postpartum depression, anxiety, and stress are significantly diminished which will allow you to enjoy parenthood and your child in a new way. Sleep impacts EVERYTHING.

The thought of sleep training can feel daunting and overwhelming. You know it’s the right choice for your family but you need support actually implementing it. The thought of digging through courses and materials on your own to find answers to your questions also feels daunting. You just want an expert there by your side to support you, show you what to do, and teach you and your baby how to optimize sleep. That's where I come in. I will get to know you, your child and their specific sleep needs. I will create a plan that works for you and that you are comfortable with. I will then help guide, coach and support you every step of the way!
