LOVE NOTES FROM PAST CLIENTS
KRISTEN L
NEWBORN SLEEP CIENT
“I could not be more thankful to have been recommended to Sleep Shore. Danielle helped our little girl go from being exclusively held to sleep during the day and overnight to sleeping in her own crib in just a few days. Danielle was so supportive and answered any and all questions I had during our time. With her guidance and expertise we were able to get our 3 month old on an age appropriate schedule and finally get more sleep for all. I would highly recommend Sleep Shore and Danielle to anyone that is struggling with sleep for their little one.”
ELEANOR A.
INFANT SLEEP CLIENT
“I had an amazing experience working with Molly! My 8 month old baby went from not being able to nap in her crib, and waking up randomly thoughout the night to being a master crib sleeping and fully sleeping through the night in just one week. The process was easy to follow with constant support from Molly. Took all the guess work and stress out of sleep training, I just followed directions and boom, my baby sleeps great. it worked way better than my expectations. cannot recommend enough.“
Tamara S.
TODDLER SLEEP CLIENT
“I was 38 weeks pregnant with my second baby when I started working with Danielle to help solve my two year old’s sleep issues. She helped us get from multiple night waking’s and co-sleeping (not by choice), as well as long bedtime routines, to sleeping through the night in just days. Truly, this miracle couldn’t have come at a better time!!! Danielle created a customized sleep plan for us that accounts for my son’s separation anxiety while helping us understand what kinds of boundaries are necessary for getting toddlers to sleep well. I am so happy and relieved we found her! 10/10 recommend.“
How We Work—Three Simple Steps to Independent Sleep
1. Discovery & Personalized Plan
We start with an intake call to explore your child’s sleep history, your struggles, and your goals. From there, I create a sleep plan that’s uniquely suited to your family’s needs and parenting style.
2. Guided Implementation & Adjustments
Once your personalized plan is in place, we’ll connect again to go over every detail together—independent sleep strategies, feeding and sleep schedules, how to handle short or missed naps, planning a peaceful bedtime routine, and creating an overnight plan that helps you know when to respond and when to feed. As you put the plan into action, I’ll check in regularly to troubleshoot challenges, answer questions, and make real-time adjustments based on how your child is progressing.
3. Ongoing Support Until Results Feel Real
You’ll get continuous support via email, text, or Voxer (depending on your package), so help is always within reach. We’ll tackle blips, celebrate breakthroughs, and make sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
We know babies aren’t robots—and sleep can easily get thrown off by sickness, developmental leaps, travel, or nap transitions. That’s why having support beyond our initial 1:1 work can make all the difference. You don’t have to face these setbacks alone—ongoing guidance ensures you have expert help right when you need it most.

Our 1:1 Sleep Services For Every Milestone
Gentle & Realistic Support for Newborn Sleep
Most parents don’t reach out for sleep help until they’ve been running on empty for months—or even years. But that doesn’t have to be your story. Exhaustion doesn’t need to be your new normal now that you’re a parent. With the right guidance, you can establish healthy sleep rhythms from the very beginning, giving your newborn the foundation they need to thrive—and giving you the rest you need to recharge.
Our newborn support focuses on what truly matters at this stage:
Realistic, gentle strategies that respect newborn development while helping your baby sleep better
Clarity on what to focus on now—and what can wait until your baby is ready for more independent sleep skills
Support creating a sustainable, age-appropriate sleep and feeding schedule that works for your baby and your family
Guidance for naps, bedtime routines, and flexible schedules so your days and nights feel calmer and more predictable
Practical tools to help your newborn settle and fall asleep more easily, reducing stress for the whole family
Ongoing support to grow with your baby—so when the time comes for more structured sleep training, you’ll already have a strong foundation in place
Whether you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival or already feeling overwhelmed by wake windows, short naps and frequent night wakings, you don’t have to navigate this alone. With Sleep Shore, you’ll have proven strategies, step-by-step guidance, and a supportive partner who understands what you’re going through.
And yes—we can start building those healthy sleep habits right from the very beginning.
Infant Sleep Support: From Surviving to Thriving
Is your baby’s sleep all over the place? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode. If your baby is waking all night, only naps for 30 minutes, or cries the second their head hits the crib, it’s no wonder you feel exhausted, anxious, and overwhelmed. But exhaustion does not have to be your new normal.
Our infant sleep support is designed to give you a clear, step-by-step plan that works for your baby’s age, temperament, and your family’s comfort level. Together, we’ll:
Create a predictable, age-appropriate sleep schedule that actually works for your family
Help your baby learn independent sleep skills so they can fall asleep and stay asleep on their own
Tackle frequent night wakings and short naps so everyone gets more restorative rest
Adjust night feedings when developmentally appropriate, so your baby can start lengthening their overnight stretches
Navigate regressions, growth spurts, and developmental milestones without losing all your progress
Provide ongoing support through check-ins and real-time adjustments, so you never feel like you’re figuring it out alone
With the right guidance, you’ll finally feel confident handling naps, bedtime, and overnight sleep. No more Googling at 2 a.m. or second-guessing yourself—just one clear plan and the consistent support you need to follow through.
✨ The transformation? A baby who falls asleep more easily, sleeps longer stretches, and thrives on a consistent schedule—while you finally feel rested, confident, and back in control.
Toddler & Preschooler Sleep Support: From Battles to Peaceful Nights
If your toddler is fighting bedtime, waking up multiple times at night, or starting the day before the sun, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep struggling. Toddlerhood is full of big developmental leaps and big emotions, and even the best sleepers can suddenly resist bedtime or struggle to stay in their bed. These challenges can feel overwhelming, but with the right plan and consistent support, things can get better.
Our toddler sleep support is designed to help you regain calm evenings and restful nights. Together, we’ll:
Create a consistent bedtime routine that sets the tone for easier nights
Handle frequent night wakings and teach your toddler to confidently stay in their bed overnight
Help toddlers learn emotional regulation while giving parents tools to set loving limits and healthy boundaries around sleep
Tackle early morning wake-ups so your whole family can start the day well-rested
Support crib-to-bed transitions in a way that feels smooth and secure for your child
Address nap transitions or dropping naps without throwing off the whole day
Troubleshoot toddler bedtime battles like stalling, protesting, or coming out of their room
Provide ongoing support and real-time adjustments so you feel confident every step of the way
The truth is, making sleep changes with toddlers often requires creativity, patience, and a plan you can trust. No more Googling “toddler sleep help” at midnight—together we’ll create a strategy that works for your child’s age, personality, and your parenting style.
✨ The transformation? A toddler who knows their bedtime routine, falls asleep on their own without needing a parent to lay beside them, sleeps through the night, and wakes up at a reasonable hour—while you finally get the rest, consistency, and calm your family deserves.

DO YOU HAVE QUESTIONS?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
01. Is there an ideal age to start sleep training?
You can start laying healthy sleep foundations for your baby from day 1! I have a newborn recorded call which is a 45 minute call with me, you can watch or listen (since most newborn parents don’t have time to watch something for 45 minutes straight!) The call goes over how to get better sleep from the moment your baby is born, it also includes my newborn sleep guide and 2 complimentary calls with me!
I recommend sleep training to families once your baby is 16 weeks and 12 pounds. This is a great age to work on independent sleep as your baby’s sleep cycles are changing and a more predictable schedule is emerging. Throughout the process of sleep training, we work together to achieve consolidated, consistent sleep and more restful nights.
02. Do your recommendation involve crying?
There are a variety of sleep training methods and approaches to help achieve independent sleep. Some methods that are more gradual, where the parent is more involved can help to minimize crying but sometimes, having more parental presence increases your baby’s crying. There are various methods of sleep training and the methods I recommend that are based on the child’s sleep history and your preference as their parents!
Crying is your baby’s natural form of communication. Your baby will be learning a new skill during this process and with any new skill, there will be a learning curve during the process. Crying is your baby’s way of saying “this is new, I don’t know what to do, help me learn!” Some degree of crying is expected.
Listening to your child cry is SO hard, trust me I have been there. To be fully transparent with you, there will likely be some crying during the learning process. There is no way to work on sleep without crying, if you’ve heard that somewhere it’s not true! Crying is a way that babies protest any change to their routine. They are a completely normal part of infant development and they can be a byproduct of habit change.
Many families tell me that the amount of tears they experience on a daily basis after sleep training is far fewer than what they were experiencing before when sleep was a struggle.
03. What type of sleep issues do you help with?
- Bedtime battles that make evenings stressful and exhausting
- Frequent night wakings that leave everyone overtired
- Night weaning support so your baby can sleep longer stretches
- Independent sleep skills so your little one can fall asleep and stay asleep on their own
- Early morning wake-ups that start the day before the sun
- Short naps and the struggle to connect daytime sleep
- Consistent nap and sleep schedules tailored to your baby’s needs
- Toddler sleep challenges like stalling, resisting bedtime, or leaving their room overnight
04. Can I sleep train if I am breastfeeding?
YES! Breastfeeding and sleep can absolutely co-exist. Sleep training can actually improve the breastfeeding relationship when both mom and baby are well rested. Better sleep leads to better feeds!
05. I've heard sleep training is harmful. What's your opinion?
There is a lot of information and misinformation out there! There are multiple studies that have shown that sleep training has positive effects on both the baby and the family. There is no evidence or qualified study to support that sleep training is harmful or affects parental attachment. Sleep training is a short-term process that has multiple long-term benefits.
06. How long does sleep training usually take?
Every child is unique but you can typically expect to see improvement in the first 1 week if you stay consistent with my plan and advice.
07. Are your services covered by insurance?
Unfortunately I can not bill insurance directly. You should be able to use your HSA or FSA funds for my sleep support services. I can provide you with a detailed invoice and instructions to submit to your insurance company and/or FSA/HSA administrator if needed. I cannot guarantee that they will be eligible for reimbursement since every insurance plan is different.
08. Do you offer in person / at home support?
Yes! If that’s something you would be interested in, please reach out to me to discuss!
